Cancellation Policy

  1. In case of order cancellation, please cancel the order before it is shipped. Once the product has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

Return Policy

  1. Returns and exchanges are available on all products within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Product-specific conditions, if any, are mentioned on the respective product pages.

  2. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

  3. For regular return requests, customers have the option to either ship the product back to our registered address themselves or request a return pickup arranged by us.

  4. If the customer chooses to have the return pickup arranged by us, a return fee of ₹149 will be charged, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

  5. If the customer chooses to self-ship the product to our registered address, no return pickup fee will be charged. The customer will be responsible for the shipping charges incurred for sending the product back.

Refund Policy

  1. We accept refund requests in case of a mismatch in quality, size, color, or design, or in case an item is missing, incorrect, or damaged in a combo order.

  2. Once the returned product has been picked up or received by us and passes our quality check, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

  3. For returns where the customer opts for a return pickup arranged by us, ₹149 will be deducted from the refund amount. No return pickup fee will be charged when the customer self-ships the product.

Note for Returns

  • The items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

  • The product must have its original packaging and tags intact. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Return/exchange requests raised after the applicable return period mentioned on the product page will not be accepted.

  • Customers can choose to self-ship the return or request a return pickup arranged by us.

  • A ₹149 return fee will be charged if the customer chooses our return pickup service.

  • If the customer self-ships the product, there will be no ₹149 return pickup fee, but the shipping cost for sending the product back will be borne by the customer.

  • For products received damaged, defective, or incorrectly, the return/replacement will be arranged at no additional cost, subject to verification.
