Cancelation Policy: -
1. in case there is an order cancellation. Please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped it can’t be cancelled using our website.
Return Policy: -
1.Returns and exchanges are available on all products within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Product-specific conditions, if any, are mentioned on the respective product pages.
2. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
3. In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers are required to self-ship the product to our registered address. Our team will assist you with the process.
4. Shipping charges for returns or exchanges may be applicable depending on the location, product, and reason for return.
Refund policy: -
We accept the refund request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, color or design or in case an item is missing/wrong/damage in a combo order.
.Once the product has been picked up, the Refund is processed on the next 5-7 working days with the same transaction mode.
NOTE FOR RETURN:-
* The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons. • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted. • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged • Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within the return period (Refer product page) the product would not be accepted.
